Rooflines are priced for the front of the house. Lighting the front and sides costs 1.7 times the roofline price, and the full perimeter costs 2.6 times. Prices are before Texas sales tax (8.25%). Book by November 20 and take 10% off.
Roofline length is the biggest factor. We measure it from your photo and double check with satellite measurements before install day.
Height and pitch come next. Second and third stories and steep roofs take more gear and more time, so they cost more per foot.
Trees are the best value for impact. One wrapped live oak can light up a whole front yard.
Most homes we quote in 78746 and 78735 land between $1,100 and $4,500 before tax. Roofline length, number of stories and how many trees you wrap drive the price.
